We are excited to be back with our 2nd Community Event for the year!
This virtual event will allow you to hear first-hand from Venkatesh Mohan on applying everyday principles to demystify Artificial Intelligence (AI), work that our AI Labs team is busy building to support Ushur Customer Experience Automation engine. We will also use this opportunity to hear from you about what you want to see as part of the future roadmap. This is a closed-door event and the main goal is to learn and connect with one another.
About Venki:
Venkatesh (Venki) is the Director of AI Labs, our Department that takes care of AI and ML models to support our AI-enabled CXA Engine. His team is responsible for building various AI models to the Ushur product and supports various AI features like SmartMail, Document Intelligence and the Document Transformer modules.
Venki joined us about a year ago - He previously was the Co-founder of an AI company for 5 years prior to joining Ushur. His interests include Photography and Yoga.
