As a sales director at Ushur when speaking with prospects who are interested in digitizing customer engagements by providing self-service and omni-channel capabilities what are some things you think they should know about Ushur that you’ve learned since being a customer?
For Example:
- where have you had the most success with Ushur - types of use cases, challenges solved, etc?
- what were you surprised to learn about Ushur between post-sale and pre-sale?
- if you were speaking with one of our prospects what would you tell them about Ushur?
