Hello everyone. As Ushur’s Healthcare Industry leader, I’ve been meeting with many of our current and prospective clients in healthcare, and have been hearing about many planned use cases related to Ushur’s support of complex healthcare member and patient surveys.
To showcase one of these use cases, we created the below demo, which features a Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) survey and support that identifies member/patient environmental concerns and provides immediate support. I wanted to share this here for awareness, and to get thoughts and feedback. I’m happy to answer any questions as well.
