@vishnu.rajkumar @svea.joaquino @sreekanth.sastry - Thank you for your time to share your expertise with the community.
E-signatures is a cool feature. Which e-Signatures do we support? DocuSign, Adobe Sign? Could you talk about the use cases where and how our customers are using it.

Hey @sheetal.nilesh.sankpal, Docusign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and other major e-signing tools are supported through iframes on Invisible App. One example of how a customer is using e-sign is in the PPS Worker’s Compensation use case, where they use Invisible App to get the document e-signed by the employee to initiate the claim process.
We have some exciting enhancements planned for e-sign in our roadmap we’re looking forward to sharing with our customers in the future!

What would you say is the best way to embed different types of media in an IA 2.0 module? For example, sometimes I want to embed a video, image, or maybe even a PDF. What are the best strategies for displaying these in IA and are there some ways that are faster than others to load?

I have many customers I support who have been using older workflows that they feel they need to recreate since release of IA 2.0. I am sure there are others who also be wondering and would like to know, what the process would be to update these older existing workflows to leverage the new IA 2.0 capabilities without needing to recreate the Ushur workflows from scratch?

That’s a great question @satyan.patel. Customers would not have to recreate workflows when they adopt Invisible App 2.0. However, they will now be able to drastically improve the end-user experience out of the box. With the latest version of the Invisible App, they can leverage advanced branding controls such as enabling background and container card branding, add page titles and sub-titles to provide more context to end-user, and they can enable progress indicators to provide direction on which step the user is on and how many steps they would need to go to complete their engagement.

Thank you @dustin.roberts! Using appropriate HTML to embed external media in an end user facing IA module is the way to achieve this. Care should be taken that the HTML is responsive and designed to work well for the mobile form factor. Media served from a CDN will potential serve and render faster across different geographies.

The iframe feature has helped PPS team integrate with QuicklySign and Impressions , two other e-sign platforms.

When there are multiple IA links sent to the end user, can the user view all active links when one of the links is chosen.
Is that something you are considering on the product roadmap. Also would be great if you could share what is planned as enhancements for IA 2.0
Are there any plans to give us the ability to customize the look and feel of the Invisible App on a more granular level from a UI perspective? This will allow me to match the Corporate Identity of my other company’s mobile apps for a consistent user experience.

Hi @leenesh.singh
With Invisible App 2.0 we are able to apply consistent enterprise branding throughout the experience which includes background, container cards, progress indicators, and buttons as an out-of-the-box capability.
We would like to understand more about your mobile app brand experience and assess how we could bring additional consistency in the future. I’ll request the CSM to set up a time for us.

Hello Robert, at this point we don’t have the ability to present the list of active campaigns available to an end-user. This is a great question and these are some of the future advancements our team has been thinking about so end-users can seamlessly switch & complete other active engagements.
We have been optimizing Invisible App 2.0 including support for digital payment processing over Invisible App. I can have our CSM reach out to you to share some of our near-term and upcoming improvements.
Thank you all for participating in our Ask Me Anything (AMA) session ! Stay tuned for more AMAs coming up in next few months.
Cheers!
